Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Platform's services and comply with our legal obligations:

  • Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted within 90 days of account closure.
  • Signed documents and audit trails are retained as required by applicable law (typically 7 years for legal compliance).
  • Usage and analytics data is retained in anonymized form for up to 2 years.

eSigno is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
